The release of their single "Thank You For Everything" marked the end of an era in December 2019, when Sunrise Avenue announced their breakup in a worldwide press conference. Sunrise Avenue had celebrated their breakthrough in 2006 with "Fairytale Gone Bad" and the album "On The Way To Wonderland." Five more hit albums followed, sold-out tours, several awards, precious metal - Sunrise Avenue topped the charts and dominated the radio playlists. Their mega hit "Hollywood Hills" sold over 300,000 copies in Germany alone. 

Bandleader Samu Haber also dares to take a look back, launching his autobiography "Forever Yours" (Riva Verlag, 14.10.20) at the same time as "The Very Best Of". He tells about burn-outs, broken relationships, artistic crises, but also how music saved his life. Samu Haber provided as a juror the hit TV format "The Voice Of Germany" for several seasons with charm and talent for many highlights and will again take a seat on the red chair in the 10th anniversary season from 08 October.

"The Very Best Of" is a musical retrospective that celebrates the Sunrise Avenue era - and makes the farewell bittersweet.
